  What a joke, if you plan on making an appointment or even walk in don't bother. Waste of time to drop off w2 "2 week wait". They allow random people to cut in line with "quick issues" that take half an hour. The unwed teenage mom at the front desk with her infant next to her by far tops this cake

  We went there for years and 2015 was our last time there. They messed up our tax return because it was never submitted electronically so we waited forever to get our return back. In 2014 they also made a mistake as well. Not only that, but they NEVER call you back. You always have to call them. I'm sorry but there are things you NEVER mess with and one is people's money. They gave no apologies for messing up and acted like they were offended that I was calling so much and complained that they messed up. If you're that busy you may need to get a bigger place, add on, move to another location, or pretty much anything that improves your customer experience. The place is a shack that is falling down. It needs to be replaced or move the business to a more hospitable location. I guess some folks are used to that way of living so they think it's ok, well it's not ok. The folks there are nice enough, but some changes need to be made.

  We have been going there for years. Always make an appointment and go in. The relaxed helpful atmosphere is part of what we like about dealing with a local business.
