- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would not recommend this Bank to anyone. Since PNC bought this Bank from National City Bank nothing has been the same. The management is not customer friendly. Maybe that is the reason a lot of tellers soon quit the Scottsville Road branch. I was told a lot of the tellers their don't like there jobs.
