  From the first phone call and email from Ryan Wheeler I knew this guy had my back through this whole process. This was my first experience buying a house so I wasn't sure how things would work. Ryan answered my questions by email and phone if I needed him. We even talked during his son's baseball game one night. Then if that wasn't enough, he brings in Chris White to help with the other steps and he was just as awesome! I felt like I gained two friends and didn't even meet them in person until closing day. I talked with them daily and they kept me informed with every single step. They answered my silly questions without hesitation and complete understanding. I absolutely cannot imagine the whole, becoming a homeowner, process being any easier than they made it. Ryan and Chris at United Residential Mortgage are the best in the business

  United Residential Mortgage is the best!!!!!! I recently purchased my first home and used United Residential Mortgage... They are very easy to communicate with and help you in any way or form through the process of purchasing a house. I highly recommend them for a mortgage company because of have fast process is from the time you start until you close on a house........ Highly highly recommended them for anybody purchasing a home!!!!!!!!!

  This is not my first experience with a mortgage broker, but my first with Ryan and Chris at United Residential. When my regular mortgage broker did not offer mortgages in the county I was purchasing in, I had to find another broker for the transaction. I contacted several but none of them compared to the personalized and professional service that I was used to. Then I called Ryan at United Residential. I knew immediately from our conversation on the phone that he "got it" and it was a good fit. My experience is that you have many more options, lower costs and better rates with mortgage brokers, and the experience is much more personalized, like it should be. The process was easy, efficient and with no surprises. Closing costs and rates were LOWER than any of the other options I had been considering. I had an outstanding experience with United Residential and will be using them again for a future refinance and other mortgages. Using a bank, credit union or mortgage company does NOT compare to using a mortgage broker (in my opinion) and Ryan and Chris were outstanding, couldn't have been better!
