- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've shipped stuff here multiple times but just today I was shipping out an old broken iPhone to a seller, the customer service I received was absolutely terrible. The man giving me service continuously questioned me about "are you sure the person knows the phone is broken" and "well if it's broke it's about to be even more broke after shipping". I mean that is no way to treat a customer and obviously talk about the company you work for. He was rude and I walked out shipping somewhere else. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I showed up with 15 large moving boxes, and quickly realized that they would not make the cross country trip. The sales associates went over and above helping me repackage everything into true shipping boxes and even stayed late to ensure my packages went out on time and in better shape.
